More Photos

Another thing I learned is that you should organize the photos first, then it is a lot easier to catagorize them.  Eventually, I would like to group pictures according to subject.  Scanning the pictures in took more time than I thought, so getting the pictures uploaded ended up being a rush at the end…

My Digital Collection

I tried many different options and in lieu of time constraints at this point, I thought I would use a blog…as I seem to understand it the best.  Hopefully, with time, I will be able to get this more organized and visually appealing.  This month has been a bit more crowded than I thought it would be. 

Basically, these pictures are from my Grandfather while he was in the War.  He was an amatuer photographer, so the Army commissioned him to take pictures of Italy during the war.  These are those pictures.  There are some that are of my family members in their early years, but most of the pictures are from WWII.  There is very little information on any of these photos, so it will take more research on my part to get more information.
